Personal coaching is for someone who may be frustrated with some
aspect of life, but not sure how to move through it. This could be
related to a career path, personal relationship, litigation, or a
health issue. A life coach is like a buoy in a sea of turmoil.
Navigating difficulties on your own can create needless stress and
sleepless nights. Your life coach will motivate, share advice, offer
objective guidance, help you make a plan and keep you on task in
achieving your goals. Understanding your strengths and weaknesses is
important to working with your assets. Life coaching can bring more
balance, enjoyment and purpose to your life. Life coaching is focused
on the present and future.
Collaborative Divorce Coaching
Collaborative divorce is becoming more desirable by couples who seek
to separate in a more peaceful and cooperative approach. There are
many emotional and financial benefits to couples and children in
resolving disputes with this method. Privacy, expediency and a
professional team take the adversarial nature out of marriage
dissolution. A Certified Collaborative Divorce Coach establishes a
support structure during a painful transition and time of complex
change. This passage also presents opportunities for personal growth.
Today’s organizational and economic climate can be challenging, if
not exhausting. If you are thinking about a career move, building your
business or trying to survive in the corporate world, it is vital to
have someone to walk with you. These kinds of issues can burden a
personal relationship. Criticism and personal interests often become
involved with spousal support. An objective and experienced sounding
board can create confidence and enhance your problem solving. If you
are looking for a higher level of performance and success, coaching can
make the difference. The best fit is someone with business experience
and coaching skills.
Mental training is an important aspect of development toward
excellence. Competition can create anxiety and impede peak
performance. The use of imagery to help control anxiety and improve
attention and focus is a basic skill. Shifting from the critical
‘inner voice’ to the desired result is more than just a ‘secret’ of
positive mental attitude. Negative thoughts can lead to negative
feelings, lower self esteem and poor performance. Mental training
techniques including cognitive behavioral skills, visual imagery,
relaxation and hypnosis can provide necessary tools toward achievement.
A variety of assessment tools can be utilized to take the guesswork out of identifying the problem.
Career – to pinpoint interests, attitudes and values to connect
correctly with career choices creating fulfillment; fitness for duty
Depression and Anxiety – to properly diagnose clinical problems
which interfere with your life goals or to qualify for insurance
Personality or Character Traits – which affect your ability to function in more than one area of your life.
Conflict Situations – designed to assess behavior in conflict
situations. Modifying aspects such as aggressiveness or avoidance can
make all the difference in how you get along with others and handle
Life Style Assessment – a tool which is used to provide
understanding of a characteristic style, life components and etiology
of the problem. It includes Early Recollection assessment.
Early Recollections – give insight into mistaken beliefs or interfering ideas which are affecting the present conscious state.
If you are looking for an opportunity for personal growth and a
chance to overcome the personal struggles in your life, a more
intensive approach is offered. Assessment is part of the treatment
plan toward formation of possible diagnosis and getting to the root of
the problem quickly. A comprehensive treatment plan is provided to
develop solutions which will get you back into feeling in control. The
goal is to provide stewardship, not dependency. Strategies to develop
greater ego strength and to improve coping skills and quality of life
Marital strategies and techniques to transform the needs of the
couple as an expression of hope, not surrender are fostered. Assessment
is encouraged and taking ownership of personal contributions to the
problem is the format. Real change occurs when we change ourselves,
not our partner. When both partners are working on the self within the
relationship, change occurs quickly and naturally.
This format can be useful on a one-time basis or on-going as
desired. Facilitation of group dynamics toward a common goal is meant
to provide a safe environment to develop and practice skills with
others who share common interests or problems. This program can be
useful in a business team meeting, a women’s group, or a support
group. The use of a skilled team leader and moderator can benefit the
goals of the group.
For someone experiencing a critical juncture or transition in life,
this program is offered to provide a focused and deeper intervention.
